I am looking for a flatmate from November 1st (or earlier by arrangement) to share my bright, spacious penthouse flat on the 4th floor directly at Birsköpfli park and the Rhine in Birsfelden-BL.

The entire apartment is very spacious (5.5 rooms, 131 m²) and features a 100 m² terrace wrapping 360° around the flat (with direct access from every room). You will essentially have your own private area, which includes:

• Bedroom (~15 m²): Bright room with practical built-in wardrobe and direct terrace access
• Second private room (~12 m²): Great as a home office or hobby room
• Your own private bathroom: Equipped with a toilet and standing shower

About me:
I’m Marius (42), working as a professional in the Pharma industry with occasional work-from-home days. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports (football, volleyball), board games, relaxing on the terrace, or going for a swim in the Rhine. I’m looking to create an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere where we both have our privacy but can also enjoy occasional chats, a drink, or shared activities.
Who I’m looking for:
An easy-going, open-minded working professional (25+ years old) who values a clean, respectful living environment and is open to occasional shared flat activities.
