4 ½ rooms apartment

We are renting out our apartment from 19 November to 9 February while we are traveling. We have a certain amount of flexibility for 1-2 weeks longer in Nov. and/or Feb.

The furnished apartment is centrally located in Winterthur's Lokstadt, 10 min walking to the station, 1 min by bus. It is a cooperative apartment with friendly neighbors, very quiet, green courtyard, and in a pedestrian zone. There are communal rooms (roof terrace, workshop, sports room, etc.) for shared use and bicycle parking.
It is approx. 130m², on the 2nd floor with lift, large living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, wheelchair accessible, in a new building, in as-new condition. There are two balconies - one larger and one smaller facing the green courtyard. On the larger balcony there is also a gas grill, which is welcome to be used.
There is a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed. The single bed is currently in the same room as the bunk bed, but can also be moved into the "playroom", so that there are three individual bedrooms. Additionally, we have two extra mattresses plus blankets/pillows, which can also be used if needed. The kitchen is well-equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher and everything that is needed for a kitchen. Several washing machines plus tumble dryers are in the 2nd basement for communal use; these can be used at any time. There are many toys available in the apartment; these can also be put away if there is no need.

We will be using the office for our personal things and it is not available.

Suitable for 5 people (6 or 7 also possible with the additional mattresses). Families with children very welcome, pets not allowed, smoking in the living area not allowed.
