4 rooms apartment

I work as a resident physician at the Universitätsspital Basel and will be abroad for work from 9 January to 40 September 2027. Therefore, I would like to sublet 2 rooms of my furnished 4-room apartment (approx. 79 m2, 2nd floor) at Hardstrasse 74, 4052 Basel.
The apartment is located quietly in the greenery and offers:

• Bedroom with 1.80 m wide bed
• Living room with sofa (sofa bed), table and television
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Balcony with a view of the greenery
• Bathroom with bathtub and private washing machine and tumbler
• Separate WC with washbasin
• Private cellar compartment, WLAN included
• Tram 14 (Sevogelplatz) practically in front of the door
• Migros, Coop, pharmacy and bakery within a few minutes' walk

Own furniture (e.g. desk) can be brought along. Alternatively, I can provide my desk.
For a total of 1-2 persons, also suitable for a shared apartment (WG).
I want to keep my own bedroom and therefore continue to pay a proportional share of the rent. Otherwise, the apartment is practically entirely at your disposal, as I do not plan to return to Basel during this time (except possibly 1-2 short visits in exceptional cases).
Rent: CHF 1740 per month (warm), incl. WLAN and regular service charges, plus electricity and gas according to consumption as well as any additional service charge payments.
