3 ½ rooms apartment

I am looking for a new tenant! I am a 3.5 room apartment in Lugano, bright and with many comforts to offer.

I have two bedrooms, airy rooms and high ceilings and attic spaces that give me a particular character. I have windows on three sides and I overlook greenery on two of them: I do not lack natural light!

My well-insulated windows contribute to keeping the rooms comfortable and quiet.

My location is ideal for those who love to alternate city life with walks in nature. In the surroundings, there are beautiful paths in the greenery, while a few meters away is the bus stop that conveniently connects the center of Lugano, the university, the station and the Resega.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet and a connection for the washing machine: conveniences that are not always so guaranteed!

And to make your life easier, the following are included in the price:

• A parking space in a garage.
• A private cellar.
• Ancillary costs.

Furthermore, the elevator conveniently connects the apartment to both the cellar and the garage.

A small detail to know: I do not have a balcony, but I offer plenty of light, airy rooms and pleasant views of the greenery.

Contract expiry: end of June 2027.

If you are looking for a bright, functional apartment with character and good connections, I might be the right choice for you!
