Room in a shared flat

Hello, we are an open, cheerful family with our 13-year-old son and three cats that are allowed outside. Since we are often on the road for work and travel, we are renting out a furnished room in our 4.5-room apartment. Short-term or long-term possible – so far, living together with students has always worked out great. Balcony, kitchen and living room are available for shared use. The rent is 899 Franken including service charges.
Cleanliness in the shared rooms is very important.
