Room in a shared flat

We are Esteban (m 32 Colombia) and Marco (m 42 Switzerland) and are looking for you for our shared apartment.

The room with a view of the park is well protected from traffic noise and features large window surfaces and has access to a balcony, which you would share with Esteban.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Pflanzschulstrasse bus stop and Winterthur station can also be reached on foot in 25 minutes. In addition to a dishwasher, we also have our own washing machine and dryer in the kitchen, a fireplace in the living room and a total of four balconies. All recurring costs (electricity, water, Billag, internet) are already included in the rental price.

You are approximately our age, perhaps already have experience living together and speak German or are learning German.
