5m² underground slot

I am renting a car parking space in the Gundeli-Park parking garage at J.J.Balmer-Strasse 8 and am offering it for December 2026 and January 2027, as I will be moving away from Basel myself.
Normally the parking space costs 150 without VAT at Wincasa - but I would let it go for the months of December and January for CHF 150.

In the underground garage there is also a washing area, which I find is super, especially in winter.

I am sure a "takeover" of the parking space can also be arranged if needed, as there are still many empty spaces there. This would then have to be processed with Wincasa; I am happy to facilitate the contact.
