Room in a shared flat

ROOMMATE WANTED

Am Ring/ 900 chf (incl. utilities)/ Balcony and living room

Hey, we are Felix (20) and Lena (22) and have rented an apartment as of the beginning of December. We are looking for someone who feels like (from December or January) setting up a new shared apartment with us.

About the apartment:
The apartment is a beautiful 4-room apartment with a balcony. Toilet and shower are divided into two bathrooms. We plan to use the room with access to the balcony as a dining and living room. The Schützenmattpark is in the immediate vicinity. The Kollegienhaus can be reached in 25 min on foot.

About us:
Lena: I study political and media science. My hobbies are skiing and kayaking. I also like to bake if I have the time, enjoy arts and crafts, and am a total film nerd. I am mostly up for other side quests of any kind.
Felix: I study political science and economics. I like being on the go, travel a lot, and like discovering new things. Just like Lena, I very much enjoy watching films and am also interested in art. Other things I like are wine, espresso, and cats.

What we imagine:
We are looking for someone who wants to set up a new, lively home with us (not a Zweck WG;)). We like having visitors and enjoy organizing film or game nights and the like. However, hygiene is also important to us and we imagine a cleaning plan, so that we can quickly solve upcoming tasks in the apartment (open to suggestions from your side).

We would be happy to get to know you :)
