We are a modern, well-maintained, colorful, non-smoking and positive premium house community.
Several rooms, some with their own WC/shower, are available to rent.
The association SynergiePlus offers unique multi-generational living in a rural setting near the train station and with good connections to public transport. It also takes only a few minutes to reach the A4 motorway junction in Affoltern am Albis, so the centers of Zug, Luzern, Zürich, Aarau can be reached in a pleasant driving time.
25 rooms with 5 tea kitchens in 5 apartments can be flexibly allocated. 3 common living rooms with 2 kitchens and 2 garden seating areas offer shared living space. Minergie living comfort with a very high degree of autonomy is offered. The lift serves all floors and allows access without steps and stairs.

The unique project offers more than just living, leaving room for design and innovation. In our multi-generational house, we live in a vibrant community of young and old, open to individual lifestyles, in shared responsibility, supporting each other, actively participating, approaching conflicts in a solution-oriented manner, managing ourselves, tackling tasks together; together we determine what forms our communal life should take.
The ideas of each individual regarding closeness and distance, common and private, are respected. We are looking for people who help out and support fair solutions. Lived democracy in a vibrant community of about 20 people.
Tolerant people, young or old, with children or alone, whether fit or disabled, who maintain respectful interaction and are looking for a long-term home are welcome and are gladly invited to a conversation.
Together we share over 250m2 of living space. Included in this are a large living kitchen with a tiled stove, a summer kitchen, a gallery and entrance. A bicycle cellar, garage, vegetable cellar and technical rooms totaling over 200m2 are available.
The multi-generational house is embedded in a spacious, nature-oriented garden area with a vegetable and flower garden.
Special attention is paid to open space design. From the garage, the residents reach the residential floors barrier-free with the lift. The two common rooms are each supplemented by a garden seating area. A playground in the greenery is ideally integrated into the overall concept.
We tend to our own garden, which provides plenty of fresh vegetables, or we primarily buy regional products.
