We have two vacant rooms (unfurnished) available for rent immediately. The apartment spans two floors and consists of a large communal kitchen-living area, a spacious roof terrace, one bathroom (shower, WC, two washbasins, washing machine & tumble dryer), one small bathroom (shower, WC, one washbasin), four bedrooms and a cellar for shared use. The bedrooms are 22-24m² in size. For our shared flat, we are looking for open-minded, sociable, queer-friendly people, FINTA preferred. About us: Jasmine (29, she), works at SBB, is politically active, often at the riding stable and Lucas (25, he), studies English and German Lit. in Basel, passionate boulderer and great music lover. The apartment is located in the Altstadt, the building is part of the old city wall. The Büchelistrasse is a residential street, only access traffic permitted. The train station is 7 minutes walking distance away, various shopping facilities are right at the door.
The rental price is understood to be inclusive of service charges (exclusive of electricity and WLAN).
