Room in a shared flat

New advertisement as our interested party has dropped out. People who had already applied for the old advertisement are welcome to apply again.

As part of a 7-person shared flat, we are looking for a new person who fits in with us. We are 6 men between 20 and 30 years old, some of whom are studying, some are in full-time employment. All non-smokers, non-cannabis users.
One is very free here; we have about two mandatory appointments per year, and otherwise, we like it when there is spontaneous chatting in the kitchen or elsewhere in between.
The house is very large with an additional dining room, a living room, as well as sufficient bathrooms and a very large roof terrace and plenty of storage space in the cellar and in the attic. Included in the rent is the household and personal liability insurance, which we were able to conclude as a collective agreement with good conditions. If required, an outdoor parking space can possibly be rented for 40.- CHF per month.
We are looking for a clean, tidy and reliable person who is open and can, on the one hand, address things and, on the other hand, accept criticism. Absolutely non-smokers and standing firmly in life.
If you find yourself in this advertisement, please get in touch with me. Before the first viewing appointment, I will request an extract from the debt enforcement register, and if everything fits so far, you are welcome to come by.

The room is limited until the end of June 2027, as the entire property will be renovated then.
