We are renting our beautiful, charming house in elevated position in Thalwil from 1. October 2026 or by arrangement for a limited period until 31. December 2027.
The house is located quietly and idyllically and offers a wonderful view of Lake Zurich. Particularly beautiful is the spacious outdoor area, ideal for families with children or for everyone who likes living in the greenery and yet appreciates the proximity to Zurich.
As the house will be demolished after the rental period expires, there are unusually many possibilities for free design during the rental period. Anyone who feels like it can express themselves creatively and design the house according to their own ideas.
