2 rooms apartment

From 1 November to mid-December 2026, I am subletting my great, freshly renovated apartment due to a long holiday absence. The rental period can also be only a few weeks and not the full time.

Highlights are also the spacious balcony as well as the bright rooms. Furnishings, TV, internet incl., may all be used. In the year 2024, the apartment was comprehensively renovated including the floor. During this, the kitchen, bathroom and all windows were renewed.

The property is located in a quiet residential area and yet only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Shopping facilities, restaurants, public transport, as well as other services are easily reachable on foot. A general laundry room is available.

Note: No lift, no smoking apartment, no parties.
Upon request, a parking space is also available (+80 CHF/Mt.).
