Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a sympathetic and reliable female flatmate for my cozy, already furnished 4.5-room apartment in Fehraltorf. The two of us would live in the apartment, so that there is enough space and privacy for both.

🛏️ Your private area

You will get a furnished room of approx. 12 m² as well as your own bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and storage space.

The room is already furnished and can be taken over as is.

The apartment is already completely furnished and equipped.

Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the shared laundry room of the house. This is used together with the other five rental parties.

📍 Location

The apartment is located in a quiet 30 km/h zone in Fehraltorf. At the same time, almost everything needed for everyday life is reachable in approximately 5 minutes on foot:

• Bahnhof Fehraltorf
• Migros, Coop and Denner
• Post
• Apotheke
• ZKB

From Bahnhof Fehraltorf, you can reach Zürich in approx. 25 minutes via a direct train connection.

Nature is also practically right on your doorstep – ideal for walking, jogging or simply switching off. For horse enthusiasts, there are also various stables in the surrounding area.

🚗 Parking space

The parking space belonging to the apartment is used by myself and is therefore not part of the rental.

If you have a car, there is, for example, the possibility to rent a parking space at the station or to obtain a parking permit from the municipality.

💰 Rent & costs

CHF 850.– per month incl. service charges and internet

Electricity/energy and water are added separately and are split equally according to the actual costs. The corresponding billing takes place every three months.

I am looking for an employed, reliable, clean and considerate female flatmate who appreciates a quiet and pleasant home.

An uncomplicated and respectful coexistence is important to me. It is nice to have a coffee together, cook or sit together once in a while, but at the same time, everyone should be able to have their privacy and their own daily routine.
