The 9 m² refers exclusively to the private room. Additionally, the shared living space with living room and kitchen is available. As a result, the apartment offers significantly more space than a classic WG room and is well suited for someone who wants a bit more privacy.
The location in Kreuzlingen is particularly interesting for students or professionals from Konstanz who wish to live near the border.
