In Melano, in a quiet, silent and well-served area, I am renting a large, fully furnished double bedroom, ideal for those working in Ticino looking for a convenient base, without the need to live permanently in the residence.

The house is located in a small building of only three apartments, in a quiet 30 zone, surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view of the mountains and the nearby waterfall.

The location is particularly convenient: bus stop just a few steps from the house, with connections towards the station and the possibility to easily reach Mendrisio and Lugano.

The room

The double bedroom is very spacious, bright and fully furnished.

Included are:

• double bed with completely new frame
• new mattress, never used
• wardrobe
• bedside tables
• personal space for personal effects

Private bathroom

A private bathroom is available to the roommate, equipped with:

• WC
• washbasin

Use of the kitchen is not provided for.

The solution is particularly suitable for workers, cross-border commuters or professionals who require accommodation in Ticino without having to live permanently in the residence, for example for stays during the week, business trips or occasional use.

I myself am often out of the house for work reasons and use the residence only some days a week, so it is a very quiet solution with great autonomy.

CHF 650 per month, all inclusive, including condominium fees and heating.
