Room in a shared flat

Hey,
I am 30 years old and employed as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau. I already live in the apartment and am looking for a sympathetic, open and uncomplicated person who would like to share a nice WG with me.

The apartment offers plenty of space and has a lot to offer:

• 4,5 rooms in one part of the house
• 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub
• Parking spaces directly in front of the house for 3–4 cars
• 4 cellar rooms that can be used in various ways
• Own washing machine with integrated Tumbler

So, a home with plenty of space and various possibilities to furnish and feel comfortable awaits you.

A relaxed, respectful and harmonious coexistence is important to me. It would be nice if one cooked together every now and then, did something together or just sat together cozily, without feeling obligated to do so.

I look forward to getting to know you!
