Hi, I’m Moja, 38 years old, and I’m looking for a roommate for my wonderful, fully furnished apartment right in the lively 5th district. I’m very creative and am looking for positive energy, a relaxed living situation, and a tidy and respectful living environment. Feel free to send me a short introduction about yourself and what’s important to you when it comes to living together.
Weekly guests are welcome; you’re not expected to participate in a lively shared living environment.
There’s the option of an underground parking spot and a waiting list for an outdoor parking spot (requires an application to the property management), as well as guest parking spaces at the building.
The security deposit is CHF 6,000; you would become the primary tenant along with me. We have a three-month notice period.
The costs for a cleaning service every 14 days, internet, and insurance are not included in the rent and can be worked out between us.
