One room is available part time for a commuter Tuesday to Sunday starting in August 2026 with 450 CHF.-

We value spending time together as flatmates and consider it important to maintain a good atmosphere in the house. We enjoy playing games, baking pizzas together, and having drinks in our own bar!

Looking for someone who enjoys socializing with the flat group and contributing to the home while being proactive in finding ways to do things as a flat together.

The flat is located in the quiet Obstgarten area in Regensdorf. The connections are convenient: The bus (485) to Zurich is a 3-minute walk from the flat, and Regensdorf train station is reachable within 10-15 minutes (by bus or foot). You can get to ETH Zentrum or Uni Irchel in about 40 minutes, and ETH Hönggerberg in about 25 minutes.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, 1.5 living rooms, and a garden. The deposit is 3 months rent, and some furniture may be taken over (we can discuss this during a viewing).

Noi, Konstantinos, Borja e Dani, cerchiamo una persona per una stanza nella nostra appartamento a PART-TIME. La stanza è soleggiata, molto curata ed è disponibile dal martedì alla domenica ogni settimana.
La stanza è disponibile a partire dall'inizio di settembre 2026.
Per noi è importante, come WG, trascorrere del tempo insieme e avere una buona atmosfera nell'appartamento. Ci piace giocare insieme a dei giochi, preparare la pizza insieme e bere qualcosa nella nostra bar privata.
Cerchiamo qualcuno che ami trascorrere del tempo con la WG, che contribuisca alla convivenza e che porti anche idee proattive su cosa fare insieme. Se cerchi piuttosto una WG puramente funzionale, ovvero con il minor contatto possibile, questa WG probabilmente non è quella giusta per te.
L'appartamento si trova nel tranquillo quartiere Obstgarten a Regensdorf. I collegamenti sono molto pratici: l'autobus 485 per Zurigo dista solo circa 3 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento, e la stazione di Regensdorf è raggiungibile in circa 10-15 minuti in autobus o a piedi. Per l'ETH Zentrum o l'Uni Irchel ci vogliono circa 40 minuti, per l'ETH Hönggerberg circa 25 minuti.
L'appartamento ha 2 bagni, 1.5 soggiorni e un giardino. Il deposito cauzionale è pari a 3 mensilità. Alcuni mobili potrebbero eventualmente essere subentrati; possiamo parlarne volentieri durante un sopralluogo.
