Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new female flatmate for our beautiful 3-person women's shared apartment in Wallisellen. Since we want to continue being an all-female flatshare, we are looking exclusively for a woman :)

The room is basically available from January 2027. An earlier move-in in October or November 2026 is also possible by arrangement. We are flexible regarding the exact move-in date.

The room is approx. 13.2 m2 in size and is rented unfurnished. A special plus is the own private terrace, which belongs directly to the room. If you are interested in the bed (without mattress) and the wardrobe, these can be taken over by arrangement :)

The spacious 4.5-room penthouse apartment is located on the 4th floor and has approx. 125 m2 of living space as well as a total of nearly 40 m2 of terrace area. In addition to the private terrace of the room, there is another large communal terrace. Another highlight is the lift, which leads directly into the apartment.

Rent & Costs

• CHF 1195.65/month incl. utilities & internet
• Electricity: only approx. CHF 35 per quarter (every 3 months)
• Rental deposit insurance: approx. CHF 130/year (pro rata upon move-in)
• Open-ended rental agreement

Note on rent:
Included in the current room rent is CHF 33.33/month for a double parking space in the garage. One is used by Anina and the other can also be used if needed.

About your future flatmates
Here the two will briefly introduce themselves:
Evelina:
I am 25 years old, studied BWL and work as a trainee auditor. In everyday life, I like to be on the go. I enjoy cycling, often do things with friends, but also enjoy coming to rest at home after work.

In addition, I like playing the saxophone, but I almost only practice with headphones on my digital saxophone (my large, acoustic saxophone in the living room actually only serves as a pretty decorative piece now).
For me, the WG is a real home and not just a Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience). I value good, casual conversations about life and am always happy when a friendly togetherness develops. Just as important to me, however, is that everyone has her privacy and me-time. A clean home and functioning house rules are important to me, but just as much as taking things uncomplicatedly, having fun, and keeping living together relaxed!

Anina:
I am 31 years old and work as a professional legal guardian (Berufsbeiständin). In my free time, I like to be active, go to the gym, and am out a lot with friends. I love doing something and experiencing new things, but can just as well enjoy a quiet evening at home. I am an open, warm, and cheerful person who likes to laugh and goes through life in an uncomplicated way. I also like to host female friends at my place, whether for a cozy evening, for eating together, or if they stay overnight spontaneously.

In a WG, it is important to me that you really feel at home and enjoy living together, instead of just living next to each other. I like an uncomplicated and warm togetherness, where you sit down for coffee or wine, do something together, or just chat. At the same time, I find it important that everyone has her own space and can also withdraw at any time. Mutual consideration, a pleasant home, and a good dose of humor are simply part of it for me. In the end, I simply wish for a WG where you like to come home and feel comfortable with each other.
