Room in a shared flat

The room is approximately 18 m² in size and is located in a cozy 4½ old building apartment. It is bright, has 2 windows, a built-in wardrobe, and a fireplace which, unfortunately, is out of operation.

We are a 2-person shared apartment – currently living here: myself, Bömi, f 31Y and my female dog Pivo, f 13Y.

In addition to the normal rooms, there is an additional room that we both can use. Sometimes it is a guest room, sometimes a study... Additionally, there is a balcony, cellar, and garden.

The apartment is located in the very heart of Leuk. Restaurants are right around the corner. A small Migros with a post office, a bakery, and a pharmacy are also in the immediate vicinity. Two bus stops are reachable in about 4–5 minutes on foot and it is approximately a 15-minute walk to the IR train station.
If you have a car, there are several parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

We are looking for a nice, open, and uncomplicated person who doesn't have an ass up their butt and also feels like fooling around a bit together or cooking something occasionally.
At the same time, of course, no one has to be constantly on top of each other. Especially during the week, we also enjoy our peace and quiet. It is simply important to us that people are considerate of one another, respect each other, and that relaxed coexistence is possible.

Pivo, of course, is a fixed part of the WG. 🐾 Unfortunately, she does not get along with cats, but it usually works well with other dogs.

We are both quite uncomplicated, down-to-earth, and would be happy to find someone with whom there is simply a good human connection.
