4 rooms apartment

I am renting out my furnished 4-room apartment from 1. October.2026 for 3 months (with the option for a possible extension / "bit of extension"). After the sublease agreement expires at the end of December, there is also the possibility, by arrangement, to take over the main lease agreement (leasing/main rent) if there is interest in remaining in the apartment.
Important requirements:
The subtenant must possess a valid residence permit B.
Costs & included services:
Rent: 1.400 CHF per month (flat rate).
All ancillary costs are included: electricity, heating and high-speed internet as well as the complete furnishing.
Room layout of the apartment:
It is a bright 4-room apartment with a total of 3 bedrooms:

1. A very large master bedroom.
2. A slightly smaller second room.
3. A smaller third room, which is equipped with a very large wardrobe.

In addition, there are a kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
