I am subletting my apartment from October 2026 (to be agreed) until 30 September 2028, with the possibility of taking over the lease afterwards.

It is a beautiful 3.5-room duplex, very bright, located in a quiet residential area of Neyruz, with no overlooking neighbors, close to amenities, station and highway, with a magnificent view of nature and the Fribourg Prealps.

Particularly quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and a very natural environment. Forest, picnic area and river for swimming approximately 10 minutes walking distance.

Required dossier
For interested persons: last 3 payslips + employment contract or certificate of permanent employment (CDI), extract from the debt enforcement register less than 3 months old, identity document, residence permit for non-Swiss persons and certificate of household liability insurance (RC ménage) + guarantor likewise (with certificate of commitment)

Rent guarantee: 2 months' rent.
