For my bright studio at Wankdorffeldstrasse 101 in Bern, I am looking for a new tenant starting from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

The 19 m² 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and was renovated in 2016. The compact floor plan offers its own living and sleeping area, a kitchenette, and a separate bathroom.

The apartment includes:

• a bright living and sleeping room with parquet flooring
• a kitchenette with a ceramic glass cooktop and microwave
• a bathroom with shower and WC
• a practical built-in cupboard near the entrance
• a cellar compartment

A communal laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers is available for shared use. There is also a bicycle room in the building. There is no lift.

The location in the Wankdorf district offers short distances for everyday life: Bern Wankdorf station, further public transport, and shopping facilities are reachable on foot.
