The apartment is located quietly and yet centrally located in an older property.

• Keeping dogs is not allowed.
• Foreigners only with B or C permit.

Rent Fr. 1000 plus Fr. 140 Nebenkosten per month.
Only applicants without debt enforcement proceedings (Betreibungen) will be considered.
