Room in a shared flat

A room is becoming available in our shared flat with Irena and Anna. We are looking forward to a new female or male flatmate who enjoys living with us in an uncomplicated and quiet manner, participates in the cleaning schedule, and shows consideration for our personal property.
The room is fully furnished, so you only need to bring your personal belongings. The television will also remain.
The room is available by arrangement, at least until the end of May, possibly longer, potentially with the assumption of the rent.
We would be happy if you:

• have a quiet and easy-going nature
• reliably adhere to the cleaning schedule
• handle the furniture and the property of your flatmates with care
• have personal liability insurance
• do not bring any pets
