(Dennoch besteht die Möglichkeit auf Wunsch eigene Möbel mitzubringen.)

Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine Einzelperson oder Paar.

Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer führen zum sonnigen Balkon.
Es hat ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein separates WC.
Die Küche ist eher klein - in verschiedenster Weise - doch sogar eine Abwaschmaschine hat darin Platz gefunden.
Direkt vor der Küche hat es einen Essbereich mit grossem Fenster.

Obschon die Wohnung alt ist, besticht sie durch ihren Charme, die grosszügige Wohnfläche (60m2), die gute Lage und den fairen Mietpreis.

The bedroom and living room lead to the sunny balcony.
It has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is rather small - in many ways - but there is even room for a dishwasher. Directly in front of the kitchen there is a dining area with a large window.

Although the apartment is old, it impresses with its charm, the spacious living space, the good location and the fair rental price.
Directly in front of the house you will find a supermarket and the Waidfussweg tram stop (line 13). A few minutes' walk away is Rosengartenstrasse, where bus lines 33, 46, 72 and 83 run.
