We loved living here and are only giving up the apartment reluctantly, as we are moving abroad. The neighbors are all very communal and uncomplicated.
Everything can be done on foot: the Rauracherzentrum with shopping and a café can be reached in a few minutes, kindergartens as well as the primary schools Niederholz and Wasserstelzen are nearby.
We would particularly like to have interested parties who are interested in taking over various pieces of furniture and can demonstrate a corresponding income.
