Room in a shared flat

We (both f, 32) are looking for a new roommate to complete our 3-person shared apartment starting from 16 September.

The apartment is located in a new building with a high standard of finish and features a spacious living and dining area, a bathroom as well as a separate toilet and a loggia/balcony. It is centrally located near the Hauptbahnhof (10 min on foot) and the ZHAW.

We value pleasant and uncomplicated coexistence. We live relatively independently of each other and respect each other's personal space, and we rarely eat or cook together. However, we are always very happy when we meet in the kitchen or on the balcony and enjoy sitting together for a chat or a coffee.
