Room in a shared flat

We are looking for our 6th flatmate

We are Noel (24), Raphael (23), Levin (23), Manuel (23) and Santino (25) and would like to form a new 6-person shared flat together. Currently, there are five of us and we are still looking for the sixth person to complete our group!

At the moment, we are still in the application process for the apartment. However, our chances of getting the apartment are very good, which is why we are already looking for our sixth flatmate now. The shared flat does not exist yet and we have not moved in yet. You would therefore not be joining an already existing shared flat, but would be part of our new shared flat from the very beginning.

Ideally, we would like to find our sixth person within the next two weeks so that we are complete from the very beginning if possible. If that does not work out timing-wise, it is no problem at all: We can also move into the apartment as a group of five and will then have about two to three months to find a sixth person. A slightly later move-in would therefore also be possible.

It is important to us that we don't just live next to each other. We imagine a relaxed and uncomplicated shared flat where you enjoy cooking together sometimes, having a beer or a coffee, doing something together or sitting together in the evening – at the same time, of course, each person should also have their own personal space.

Important regarding the pictures:
The photos in the advertisement are from the previous shared flat and therefore show its furnishings. They are primarily intended to give an impression of the rooms and the apartment. If everything works out, we will move into the apartment together for the first time and, of course, furnish it according to our own ideas.
