I am looking for a female roommate for my 3.5-room apartment in the heart of Ehrendingen, near Baden.

The apartment

• just under 90 m²
• 3.5 rooms
• 1 bathroom
• large, bright living room with a spacious kitchen
• large dining table, which is also well-suited for home office
• garage available if required
• pet-friendly

Surroundings:

• 20 meters from Coop
• bus stop 50m away
• 7min from Baden
• many parking spaces within walking distance
• Lägern mountain right next door - many local recreation opportunities

The room is rather small at approx. 2.40 × 4 m (approx. 9.6 m²), but in return, the common rooms are spacious.

About me
I am Steven, an environmental engineer working at AWEL in Zürich. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, watching films, and listening to a lot of music, often via my record player. I also enjoy photography and go to the gym regularly.

Who I am looking for
It is important to me that we don't just live next to each other, but would also like to do something together every now and then, for example, cooking together or watching a film.

The rental agreement is initially limited to 3 months so that we can see if it works well as a WG. If it suits both of us, we are happy to make a longer contract afterwards.
