The location of the apartment is in via Sorengo 6 in Lugano. the apartment faces south and is on the 5P.
View towards monte san Salvatore, monte generoso and monte bre.
The move could take place in December. in case of interest we will understand how to manage the moving period.
The takeover is subject to the purchase of the furniture.

The rent is 1230fr. It includes rent+expenses and a covered parking space. There is an annual adjustment equal to approximately 450fr. The adjustment could vary based on the cost of heating oil and the heating consumption of the building.
