3 ½ rooms apartment

We are a family of four (two of whom are teenagers) and a small, very quiet dog. We love our garden apartment in the heart of District 3 but wish for more space. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub/shower and one with shower only) and a large living, dining and kitchen area (and a garage space). It is located on the garden floor and offers a large terrace with direct access to the extensive garden. Our apartment includes raspberry bushes, fig trees and a large bed directly in front of the door, where you can plant your own vegetables. We have just been informed (Dec 2025) by the property management that they will accept a apartment swap, but the rent will increase to 2950/month. We live at the Talwiesenstrasse 9/14 stop. In the immediate vicinity you will find a large Migros, several parks, cafes, restaurants and small shops. Our dream apartment is located in District 2, 3, 4 or 9, has at least 5 rooms, is dog-friendly, has a parking space and is located in a family-friendly central neighborhood.
