Hello! I am looking for a new roommate to take over my room in our beautiful apartment in Bevaix following a change in professional situation.

The apartment (3 rooms, renovated):

• One spacious and bright bedroom available.
• A large living room, still sparsely furnished, with a large balcony.
• Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, large fridge.
• Bathroom with bathtub.

Very quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes walking from the station (15 min by train from Neuchâtel, 20 min from Yverdon). Coop in the village.
Laundry room and storage room available in the building.

Life on site:
You will share the apartment with a student in his twenties, calm and often away on weekends.
Pets welcome! (I myself had a cat).
Simple and accommodating atmosphere.

Finance & administrative side:
Rent: 1'310 CHF in total, i.e., 655 CHF per person.
Charges & Extras: Electricity approx. 80 CHF every 2-3 months (shared), WiFi at 20 CHF/month per person. (The roommate pays 50 CHF more for a parking space).

Big +: The SwissCaution is already paid for the entire year 2026 (no guarantee fees to advance for now!).
Agency conditions: Have a guarantor (ideal for students or small salaries).

I can easily arrange the move-in date and I will clean the entire apartment before my departure. I can also leave some dishes and a few pieces of furniture if needed.
