4 ½ rooms apartment

As of 01.12.2026, we are renting a modern 4.5-room apartment in condominium standard.
The apartment features two modern wet rooms (bathroom with bathtub + shower, double washbasin and WC, as well as a separate shower/WC)
The living and dining room with kitchen comprises 37 m2, the master bedroom is 14.7 m2 in size and the 2nd room has an area of 12 m2.
Floors: Parquet flooring is laid in all rooms including the kitchen. Ceramic tiles are laid in the wet rooms and porcelain stoneware tiles on the terrace.
Walls: The walls in the living and dining room as well as in the other rooms are finished with plaster. In the kitchen, made of granite. All wet rooms are covered with ceramic tiles from floor to ceiling.
Ceilings: All ceilings are finished in white plaster. In the basement, there is a private cellar room with a laundry tower.
Parking spaces in the underground garage can be rented additionally for CHF 150.00 per month.
The keeping of pets is prohibited.
