Room in a shared flat

The room is approx. 16 m² in size, very bright and offers a beautiful view. A lot of daylight comes in through the large windows and the room feels open. The entire apartment is about 80m² in size and has a great balcony. There is also a storage room (Reduit) and the WC and bathroom are separate. The kitchen is also very large.

I am looking for an open, friendly and uncomplicated person who is interested in relaxed living together in a 2-person shared apartment. My current roommate is moving out and since I want to live a bit more budget-friendly in the future, I am moving into the smaller room. This makes the larger room available.

It would be cool if we cooked together every now and then, had a game night, played darts or did something spontaneously. At the same time, I find it just as important that everyone has their own space and can also just have their peace sometimes.

Respectful interaction, good communication and a certain level of cleanliness in the common rooms are important to me. So if you enjoy company but also do your own thing, we could fit well together. :)

I am Léon, 24 years old, and have been playing handball since my childhood. In my free time, I very much enjoy traveling and am basically up for almost anything – especially for board games, darts, ping pong or other joint activities.

I would describe myself as an open, uncomplicated and social person. At the same time, however, I also appreciate having some peace and unwinding after a long day.

Currently, I am still working as an electrician and am simultaneously keeping my eyes and ears open for a degree that really suits me.
