Perfect location directly near Zürich Morgental, 5-10 minutes walking to the lake and shopping (large Migros/ Denner/ pharmacy etc.) only 2 minutes walking, to the main station only 16 min by tram!

The room is approx. 10.5m2 in size, not huge but if you organize yourself there is enough space to accommodate all your necessary furniture. The room is bright with beautiful parquet flooring, unfurnished! On the 5th floor with a view of the courtyard, thus quiet for an apartment directly on the main street.

A large living room, bathroom & kitchen for shared use. These are already equipped and thus ready for you.

2 washing machines and 2 dryers in the basement.

You live with Luca (26) and Yara (23), both employed. We have both been very good friends for years. Both are very active, out with friends or also like to do something together. Be it chilling at the lake, a shared dinner or just a spontaneous movie night. We both love skiing and snowboarding passionately. Luca is a homesick Bündner and therefore in GR every weekend during the ski season. Yara loves photography, which means if you want to live with us, you never have to worry about a perfect profile picture again ;)

You are employed, uncomplicated, cheerful, open, independent, between 20 and 30 years old and enjoy people and living together. A respectful and well-harmonizing togetherness is more important to us than a Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience), but everyone should have their own space.
