Room in a shared flat

I’m looking for a female flatmate to take over my room in a spacious 2-person WG in central Bülach. 😊
My current rental contract runs until the end of October, so the room would initially be taken over from around the second week of October until the end of October. There is a high possibility to continue afterwards, as my flatmate would be very happy to have someone stay in the WG long-term.

📍 Location
The location is probably one of the best things about the flat:

• 1 min walk to Bülach train station 🚆
• Migros, Denner and other shops are about 2 mins away
• Zürich HB: around 20 mins by train
• Zürich Airport: around 30 mins by direct bus
• ETH Hönggerberg: around 30 mins
• ETH Zentrum: around 30–40 mins

Everything you need for everyday life is within a few minutes' walk, while Zürich and the airport are also very easy to reach.

• Room is around 11 m²
• Access to one of the two huge balconies
• Very spacious apartment with lots of shared space
• 4th and top floor
• The only apartment on the whole floor
• Beautiful 360° views
• Two huge balconies
• Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need
• Shared washing machine and dryer in building

👩🏻 The WG
You’ll be sharing the flat with a Swiss lady. It’s a relaxed 2-person WG, so there’s plenty of space and privacy, but also someone nice to have a chat with or share a meal with from time to time.
She would be very happy to have someone stay in the WG longer-term, so although the initial takeover is until the end of October, there is a good possibility to extend afterwards.
I’m preferably looking for a female flatmate who is respectful, reliable and easy-going, and who would like to have a pleasant and comfortable home. Non-smoker preferred.

💰 Rent: CHF 1,090/month
The rent includes utilities, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi, so there are no additional monthly costs for these.
