Room in a shared flat

Top for students: Bhf Oerlikon within 6-8 min on foot (6 min to HB). ETH-Zentrum: 17 min, ETH Hönggerberg: 22 min via public transport. Migros, Coop, Aldi, Coop City, restaurants, Hallenstadion and fitness center are located in the immediate vicinity.

The room is cozy, bright and, at approx. 11–12 m², the most compact room in our apartment. The big advantage for your budget: you also pay the absolute lowest rent accordingly! The basic rent is an unbeatable CHF 570.– (incl. heating/service charges and internet). Note: Electricity costs (power) are not included in the total price and will be split separately among the roommates at 33% (approx. every 3 months).

For students or commuters, the room offers absolutely enough space for living. There is currently a large, spacious wardrobe in the room. This can be taken over directly as is if desired (transfer fee negotiable). If you do not want it, I will of course dismantle it before your move-in. The rest of the apartment (kitchen, bath/WC) is used communally.
