The apartment is located in a sunny and quiet hillside position on the ground floor of a single-family house (separate house entrance) and impresses with a dreamlike view over the lake. You can enjoy this view from the patio under the sun awning, and from every apartment window. To reach the apartment, there are approximately 50 steps.

The apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 persons and is furnished.
Upon entering the apartment, you find the bathroom with shower and washbasin on the right side; on the left side is the open kitchen (fully equipped).
In the living area, there is a large, extendable seating group, a television and a dining table.
In the large bedroom, there is a double bed and many wall cabinets.

Monthly rent: CHF 1'000 + electricity, water and parking space CHF 100
