Room in a shared flat

A bright and spacious single room is being rented in a well-maintained shared apartment in the center of Winterthur-Seen.

The house was completely renovated in 2023 and offers generous and well-equipped communal areas:

• A large, fully equipped kitchen with sufficient space at the dining table for up to 8 people
• A modern, cozy living room with sofa and TV
• A beautiful garden on the west side, which is available to all residents in summer – ideal for barbecuing, relaxing, or a good book
• Additionally, a guest toilet, another laundry room, and a utility room are available on the ground floor

The house extends over three floors and has a total of 3 bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower on the first and second floor. A washing machine and dryer are also located in the bathroom on the first floor.

Public transport:
The bus stop Schulhaus Seen is located only 60 m from the house. Bus No. 2 runs every 8 minutes to Wülflingen and takes you to Winterthur main station in just 13 minutes.
The bus stop Post Seen is reachable in approx. 450 m. From there, bus No. 3 also runs every 8 minutes towards Rosenberg and reaches the main station in about 14 minutes.

About the shared apartment:
The current roommates place great value on a quiet, respectful, and well-organized coexistence. As students, they appreciate a pleasant learning and living atmosphere.
Cleanliness, order, and the careful maintenance of the common rooms are particularly important to them. The cleaning of the communal areas as well as other household tasks are organized fairly and transparently via a shared cleaning plan.

A young person is sought – ideally a student or professional – who is friendly, respectful, and responsible. Mindful interaction with the roommates as well as a high awareness of cleanliness and the maintenance of the communal areas are highly valued and required.
