Room in a shared flat

We, Meryem (34, social pedagogue) and Valeria (39, school management assistant), are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful, fully furnished apartment.

The apartment
Large living area with fireplace, open kitchen with plenty of storage space, plus an additional TV/study room for shared use. 2 bathrooms with a total of 3 sinks, basement compartment and a private retreat with washing tower. The huge terrace with a dreamy sunset is our favorite spot. The apartment is flooded with light all year round and remains pleasantly cool in the summer. An elevator is available.

Location
Directly on the highway and super connected to public transport (RVBW). Shopping opportunities - including the Spitzbub bakery - are within walking distance. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented, and there are many public white parking spaces and sufficient visitor parking spaces.

About us
We like to spend time together, but we also appreciate our autonomy and value our peace and quiet. Order, cleanliness, and open and honest communication are important to us. We have a cordial relationship with our neighbors and also like to meet with the neighboring shared flats for dinner or a barbecue.
