Room in a shared flat

Room (Zimmer 3) for rent in a shared apartment. The room has 18 m².
The room is furnished with a single bed, a small desk and a wardrobe. It also has a private balcony for the exclusive use of the person renting the room.
The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, plates, glasses, cutlery and all the basic utensils needed for everyday use.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub.
The building also has a shared washing machine and dryer available for the residents.
There is also a parking space available for an additional money per month.
The location is very convenient. Coop, Aldi and Migros supermarkets, as well as two bus stops, are all within approximately 5 minutes walking distance.
There are currently three men living in the apartment:

• German master's student, 22 years old
• Spanish gardener, 27 years old
• Portuguese IT professional, 33 years old

We all speak English in the apartment, so the person renting the room must be able to communicate in English.
There is also a cleaning schedule for the shared areas of the apartment. Each person is responsible for cleaning the common areas once a month according to the cleaning schedule.
To rent the room, you will need to provide proof of sufficient income to pay the rent + 2000 CHF in deposit, a document showing that you have no outstanding debts, and a valid identification document.
We are looking for a quiet and responsible person who keeps their room and the shared areas clean and organized.
