Room in a shared flat

We are first renting out this 13m2 large room in our new shared apartment from 1.10.26 (move-in theoretically possible immediately). It is the brightest of the rooms with beautiful evening sun and a view of the courtyard. It has two very large built-in wardrobes with mirrors. The apartment is a 3.5 room apartment, but has the floor plan of a 4.5. We have a cozy, semi-open living room, which is in the making;)

The price includes WLAN and service charges but excludes electricity. (481.- rent incl. service charges + 10.- WLAN)

About us
We are a new WG and have been at home in the young Weissenbühl Quartier since 1.9; there is always something going on with us and there will often be a few people in the WG, so you should feel comfortable among people.

I am Severin (21y, m), studying Multimedia Production at HKB and working on the side as a freelance lighting technician. When I am free, I like to be out and about with friends or host a game night in the WG.

I am Lilly (22y, w), studying Social Sciences at Uni Bern; alongside my studies, I read a lot and enjoy doing things with friends. I look forward to shared evenings.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a young flatmate between approx. 20 - 24, who might also have just started studying in Bern.

You are an open and sociable person, also enjoy doing things with friends and have no problem if things get a bit more lively in the WG; of course, you are also welcome to invite people, and you have a basic understanding of cleanliness and order.
