Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone,

ich am looking for a successor (female or male) for my super cool room in our 3-person shared apartment on Turbinenstrasse, only about 2 minutes on foot from Bahnhof Hardbrücke and around 5 minutes from the Limmat.

The room is approx. 15 m² in size, very bright and has large windows with a view of the quiet inner courtyard or park. It easily offers space for a large bed, a desk and a wardrobe.

The furniture can be taken over in whole or in part by arrangement if interested.

A big plus is the own private bathroom, which belongs directly to the room. It has a shower, WC and two washbasins. So you do not have to share the bathroom with anyone.

The apartment is located in a relatively new development from the early 2010s and is spacious and very bright. The heart of the apartment is the very large living room with many plants and an open kitchen. In addition, there are two balconies: one towards the west with beautiful afternoon and evening sun and one towards the east for the morning sun. We also have a dishwasher, our own washing machine directly in the apartment as well as a cellar compartment.

You would share the apartment with Federico (Fede, 30) and Mariam (32). Both are very open, warm and uncomplicated.

Fede comes from Ticino, likes doing sports and is interested in many things. He is also a phenomenal cook, especially his homemade pizzas and burgers are legendary. We regularly eat dinner together and sometimes watch something on TV together afterwards.

Mariam only moved in with us recently. She is originally Italian, but has lived in the USA for the last ten years. She is also very athletic, likes doing things, meeting friends and is particularly interested in music and dance.

WG life is overall very uncomplicated: everyone has their own daily routine and enough privacy, but at the same time we also like to sit together, eat together or do something spontaneously. The relationship with our landlord is also extremely pleasant and uncomplicated.

We are looking for an open, sympathetic and working person of a similar age, who is independent but at the same time also wants a relaxed and communal WG life.

The rent for the room is CHF 1'640 per month excl. utilities. Additionally, we share the costs for a cleaning lady.

I am relatively flexible regarding the move-in date. Ideally, a move-in at the end of October would be perfect for me, alternatively December would also be possible. In November, I will be abroad for the whole month. The room is rented on an indefinite basis.
