Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone

I am looking for a quiet and reliable person for one year as a weekly resident (Wochenaufenthalter/in), who is only on-site a few days per week. We can still look at the price depending on how often you are here.

Please write to me in your inquiry on which days you will be in the apartment and tell me a little something about yourself.

I will provide you with the furnished room including the furniture shown in the pictures.

The apartment is located in a beautiful location. From the front door, you can go for a walk directly, and the lake is reachable in only 5 minutes. Shopping facilities are also nearby (approx. 5–10 minutes away).

A quiet and respectful coexistence is important to me. It would be nice if one could occasionally cook together or do something together, but at the same time, everyone should have enough privacy and be able to withdraw.

Since I value a quiet home, I do not want regular visits or frequently changing guests. Ideally, it would be someone who lives here only a few days per week due to work or education and whose actual place of residence is further away.
