15 m2 large room for rent in a quiet shared apartment. The room can be taken furnished or unfurnished.
About me: I am a 69-year-old woman. I have a 5-month-old Bolonka and therefore the new roommate should be animal-loving.
Shared use:

• Kitchen, living room, terrace
• Own small bathroom/WC
• Only the shower is shared
• Cleaning of the common rooms every two weeks

Location: Bus stop is located nearby and can be reached by bus in 5 minutes.

Rent: CHF 750.00 per month incl. utilities

What is important to me: respectful, uncomplicated living together and sufficient privacy.
