Hello everyone!
We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely shared apartment in the heart of the old town.

🏡 The Apartment

The flat is located in the city center, just a short walk to everything you need:

• 10 minutes walk to the main station
• 4 minutes by bus from Loewenplatz to main station
• Close to the lake, shops, cafes, and more

The room available is spacious, full of natural light and faces the lateral street. The apartment has:

• 4 rooms total (3 bedroom + living room)
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A bathroom + a separate toilet
• Access to a shared rooftop terrace - perfect for summer dinners and sunsets!

👯♀️ Your Future Flatmates

You’ll be living with Ana and Syria:

• Ana works as Engineer in Kriens and loves being outdoors.She likes cycling,hiking and running in her free time.
• Syria works in hospitality in a Hotel in Luzern.She loves spending time in the mountains especially snowboarding in winter and is always up for a board game night at home!

We enjoy spending time together when we can - sharing meals, chatting over coffee, or relaxing on the terrace. We value a clean, respectful, and friendly living environment.

🧍Who We’re Looking For

We'd love to find someone who values a good balance of shared and private time, is tidy and respectful, and sees a home as more than just a place to sleep. Ideally, this person would also be ready to take over as main tenant from 01.11.2026.
