Room in a shared flat

Hoi :) since I am going abroad for an exchange semester, I am renting out my room in our beautiful 2-person shared apartment on the Reussinsel in Luzern.

We are looking for a friendly, clean, and uncomplicated person who values pleasant and respectful coexistence. You are welcome to have a drink, eat, or chat together sometimes; at the same time, of course, every person also has their own daily routine and private space.

Your future roommate is 30 years old, works as an engineer, and still knows student life quite well himself. During the week, he is mostly at work during the day and mainly at home in the evening or on the weekend. The shared apartment is therefore rather relaxed and uncomplicated.

The room is approx. 12m2 in size, bright, and furnished. It features a desk as well as a Samsung Smart Screen, which you can use for streaming, gaming, or as a second screen for your laptop.
The apartment is modern, spacious, and located directly on the Reuss. For shared use, there is a large, modern kitchen, a cozy living area, spacious balcony and terrace areas with a view of the Reuss, two bathrooms, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the apartment. Additionally, there is plenty of storage space and bright common rooms.

The location is quiet, but still very central. By bicycle, you are at the Uni, the station, or in the city in approx. 6 min, by bus in about 12 min, and on foot in around 20 min. The Reuss and beautiful walking paths are right at your doorstep.
