The monthly rent is between CHF 900.– and CHF 1’200.–, depending on room size and equipment.
The house offers a pleasant and quiet living atmosphere with shared use of the garden and conservatory. Additionally, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a communal living room and laundry room are available to all residents.
There are a total of two wet rooms:

• 1 × shower with WC
• 1 × shower, WC and bathtub

The rooms can be rented furnished or unfurnished – entirely according to need.
Parking spaces are available.
